Friday Catbird Challenge
Catbirds worked in teams to pull each other down a loooong piece of paper while the one being pulled held a crayon. Apart from being great fun, these challenges will help boost overall strength and coordination.
This activity required that teams hold a hula hoop between them without using their hands. This required communication and timing and was quite the challenge for many of our friends. They found some unique work-arounds.
We finished The Wild Robot read aloud and the Catbirds are excited to start Book 2, The Wild Robot Escapes. They took some time to page through and check out the pictures.
