Monday
We had some good outside time this week.
In art class, we made prints using bubble wrap!
Angela came and read us two stories, one about different kinds of houses and one about the different ways that children travel to school.
At morning meeting, we talked about the first grade post office and how to write letters to our new 4rth grade buddies (who have started to write to us).
Tuesday
We also worked on our houses. Here is a friend making an igloo out of papier mache.
There was lots of painting to be done.
We rearranged the tables for the week.
We met up with our buddies in Spanish class and they helped us make clothes for our figures.
Wednesday
We went to the library to take back books and get new ones.
Ashanti read us a story
We mailed our letters
Thursday
Building together
We had meetings with each Catbird about what they wanted to do next on their houses.

Friday
More buildings
The Head of School, Nicole, came to join us for morning meeting.
We did some yoga
We worked on the cover for our Monster Story book.
